Here's a vintage Melha Highlanders Shriners marching bass drum in fair/project. This cool drum was made in England by Premier and could be restored to full working order with some minor TLC. It is a unique vintage piece to say the least. Originally belonged to the Melha Shriners group from Springfield, Massachusetts. 28.75" diameter, 12" depth. This is in rough shape but is a beautiful collectable oddity.
