National Scheerhorn Mahogany Square Neck Acoustic-Electric Resonator 2014 w/ HSC

Used, in excellent playing condition. This 2014 Scheerhorn is just about everything you could ask for in a resonator guitar, with immaculate USA craftsmanship and rich, dynamic tones like you wouldn't believe. This one has been outfitted with a Fishman pickup as well for a convenient gigging and recording solution. A joy to play, and it certainly doesn't look too shabby either. What a beauty!!

This guitar is very clean, with a small finish dent on the back of the neck and some other very minimal cosmetic signs of play (see photos). In great shape overall. Ships in the original hardshell case.

Tim Scheerhorn was a guitar picker first and foremost, and he wanted more from his instrument, so he built his first resonator guitar in 1989. The cast spider bridge is capped with maple bridge inserts and the classic fan coverplate. The neck is made of matching Honduran mahogany with mother-of-pearl dot inlays on the ebony fretboard that’s embellished with curly ivoroid binding. The guitar is stylishly finished with Scheerhorn’s unique dual open soundhole rings, a traditional tailpiece, and chrome-plated hardware.
