Used, in very good playing condition. This Ibanez 6-string features a comfortable maple/walnut neck with rosewood fretboard, a pair of Ibanez Dynamix P pickups, Mono-Rail II bridge, Neutrik locking output jack, and more. An outstanding 6-string for the price point, with top-notch Korean build quality and great components throughout. Hard to go wrong with this one! It's in good shape, with some normal cosmetic wear and tear in the finish throughout (see photos) but nothing that affects tone or playability. The BTB Series comes with a fuller body and neck, with more passive pickups for better quality tone and sustain. Also, BTB basses feature Neutrik locking jacks and Monorail II bridges so the strings are independent, and do not interfere with each other as they vibrate. If it's subtlety you're going for, the studio-quiet Vari-Mid 3B EQ allows you to modify and color your tones as much or as little as you want. And don't forget about the 18 volt circuitry that provides much greater headroom than found on standard active EQs.
