In the spring of 23 I approached my friend Rick of hobo Hill luthiers to make me a OMR this is what he came up with. It looks plays and sounds great. With octave lower tuning it doesn't have that high pitched metallic sound. Here's the spec's. body 14 1/2 in maple with walnut binding. Neck 9 piece maple & walnut 24 fret 23 in scale 2 way truss rod rosewood fret board with brass frets and side markers. 9 1/2 in Beard resonator Golden Age tuners undersaddle piezo pickup. Custom made brass tailpiece with handcrafted rosewood cover. Nut width 1 3/16 bone nut. Handcrafted rosewood -bone. Rosewood (biscut) bridge. Handcrafted spaulted maple cone cover. Rosewood palm rest. 3 way adjustable bolt on neck. This is all handcrafted with all northern American hardwoods and American made hardware. Comes with pa dded gig bag.
