Hobo hill Octave resonator mandolin 2024 - Natural

HEY you watchers ask me some guestions.This is a octave mandolin resonator. In the of 23 I approached a friend of mine Rick of Hobo Hill Luthiers to build me a OMR. I wanted the mandolin sound with the resonator but not the sharpe metallic sound of a resonator mandolin this is what he came up with. These instruments are not only beautiful but plays and sounds great. Here's the spec's body 14 1/2 in walnut with curly maple binding & trim accents. Neck 24 in 23 in scale 5 piece walnut & maple 2 way truss rod birdseye's maple fretboard 9 1/2 in Beard resonator grover tuners shatten undersaddle piezo custom made brass tailpiece with custom ebony cover 1 3/16 bone nut custom made rosewood saddle and bridge ebony palm rest handcrafted maple cone cover.
